Cleaning Team Leader

About the job

As a cleaning team leader at a cleaning company in Nunspeet, you manage a team of workers. You keep the quality of the work up to standard and make sure the work schedule is followed. You work 32 to 36 hours a week on a contract with the prospect of permanent employment.

What you'll do

• Lead, support and motivate team members
• Monitor the quality, hygiene and safety of the work
• Coordinate daily tasks and plan the schedule
• Handle staff administration, including attendance records and sick leave
• Stay in contact with clients and other parties involved

What we ask

• Experience in leading or supervising people (preferred)
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
• Good organisational skills, clear communication and flexibility
