Green Spaces Maintenance Team Leader

About the job

As a green spaces maintenance team leader, you lead your team every day. You make sure maintenance work runs on schedule and meets quality standards. You are the first point of contact for your team members. You divide tasks and keep track of results.

What you'll do

• Lead, support and motivate team members
• Translate work orders into clear instructions for workers
• Oversee the execution, planning and quality of green spaces maintenance
• Take part in improving work processes
• Work hands-on in maintenance tasks when needed
• Support the professional development of the team

What we ask

• MBO-level (Dutch vocational education) diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the industry and a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work together and motivate others
• Ability to handle pressure
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certification for contractors)
• Category B driving licence

• Salary from €3,200 gross per month (based on 37 hours per week)
