Logistics Team Leader

About the job

You are responsible for logistics in the warehouse. You supervise the team, keep processes running smoothly, and act fast when something goes wrong.

What you'll do

• Be the point of contact in the logistics department and coordinate the work of your colleagues
• Oversee order picking processes and make sure orders are completed on time
• Solve problems directly on the floor
• Switch between different logistics tasks depending on what is needed

What we ask

• Experience in logistics, or a willingness to learn how to work in this area
• Good command of Dutch
• Availability to work in shifts and strong communication skills
