Logistics Team Leader

About the job

As a logistics team leader, you help keep daily work running smoothly in the warehouse and workshop of the client company in Amsterdam. You are the first point of contact for a team of 20 people. You make sure the plan gets done, quality stays on track, and teams work together without problems.

What you'll do

• Run the daily briefing and hand out tasks to the team
• Track progress against the daily plan and adjust when needed
• Support colleagues with technical and logistics questions and help find solutions
• Flag problems and share ideas to improve work processes
• Make sure tools, materials, and information are available so work can run smoothly

What we ask

• Experience leading or coordinating a team
• Technical knowledge and an interest in equipment maintenance or refurbishment
• Comfortable with computers and digital systems
• Able to plan, organise, and set priorities
• Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and able to take initiative

What we offer

• Salary from €2,696.41 to €3,645.86 gross per month
• Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Working hours between 07:00 and 18:00, no evenings or weekends
