Production Team Leader

About the job

As a production team leader, you work with your team to make various snacks. You make sure the production line is set up correctly, you support your colleagues, and you keep the process running smoothly. You spot problems quickly and act right away.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and adjust production lines
• Fix faults and work with the technical department
• Work from daily and weekly plans to get the best results
• Follow and enforce safety, quality, and hygiene rules
• Coordinate and organise the work of production staff
• Report deviations to the team leader
• Take part in improvement projects on the production floor
• Step in and adjust the shift when needed
• Discuss points for improvement with your team
• Review the daily plan and start the machines at the beginning of each shift

What we ask

• MBO-level education (Dutch vocational qualification), preferably in a technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience leading a team in a production environment
• A proactive attitude and focus on results
• A HACCP certificate, or willingness to get one through WerkTalent
• Good command of Dutch

What we offer

• Salary from €2,964 to €3,648 gross per month, including shift allowance
• 25 days of holiday and 15 ATV days (a Dutch scheme for reducing working hours), giving 40 days off in total
• Holiday pay of 8% and a year-end bonus of 3%
