Working Foreman Road Works / Infrastructure

About the job

We are looking for an experienced specialist in road works or technical infrastructure. This role suits people who already have experience as a foreman, as well as those who are ready to take that step. Full-time, 40 hours a week, in the area of Heteren.

What you'll do

• Plan and divide work within your team
• Make sure the work is well prepared and starts smoothly
• Work hands-on on site together with your team
• Drive a truck and operate specialist machinery
• Stay in contact with the opdrachtgever (client who commissions the work) and agree on how the work will run
• Check the quality of the work and keep the site tidy and safe
• Look for better and more efficient ways to get the job done, and involve your colleagues in this
• Act as the main point of contact for the client on site

What we ask

• Work experience in road construction or technical infrastructure
• Experience in a leading role, or readiness to take one on
• CE driving licence and code 95 (preferred), and experience operating machinery
• Ability to find solutions on your own and motivate your team
• Good communication skills
• Willing to start early and work long days

What we offer

• Salary from €17.80 to €24.14 gross per hour, depending on age, CAO (collective labour agreement) and experience
