CNC Lathe Team Leader / Production Supervisor

About the job

You work as a team leader in the lathe department in Krimpen aan de Lek. You are responsible for the smooth running of the department and you lead your team.

What you'll do

• You set up and operate lathes and milling machines (including Fanuc)
• You read and interpret technical drawings
• You program the machines yourself using CAD/CAM software
• You lead the team, manage the division of work and the schedule
• You check the quality of thin sheet metal and make corrections when needed

What we ask

• Experience in CNC turning or milling
• Experience leading a production team
• Ability to work with technical drawings and CAD/CAM software
