Carpenter for Maintenance and Repairs

About the job

You work as a carpenter doing day-to-day maintenance of homes and buildings. No two days are the same. One day you replace a door or a door frame, the next you fix damage after wear and tear or a change of tenant.

What you'll do

• Carry out repairs and small renovation jobs
• Fix damage in homes, for example after wear and tear or a change of tenant
• Replace and repair door frames, doors, fittings and locks
• Report defects and help find the right solution
• Deal directly with residents, you represent the company on site

What we ask

• Experience in construction carpentry or property maintenance
• Able to carry out repairs independently and assess defects
• Good at organising your own work and communicating with residents
