Formwork Carpenter

About the job

When you read a technical drawing, you don't see paper, you see a plan to build. In this role you build and assemble wooden moulds for concrete elements that go to construction sites every day. It's precise work with a clear result.

What you'll do

• Build wooden moulds for concrete elements
• Repair and maintain existing formwork
• Read technical drawings
• Check quality and dimensions
• Work with the production and technical departments
• Keep your workspace clean and safe

What we ask

• Experience as a carpenter, moulder or in a similar technical role
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Technical insight and experience working with tools
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Good command of Dutch or English

What we offer

• Pay up to €20.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Free transport to work (by car or bicycle) and the option to rent an e-bike for a small fee
• Weekly pay
• Housing and health insurance: SNF-certified accommodation (SNF is a Dutch quality standard for migrant worker housing, €129 per week, shared double rooms) and health insurance (€39.35 per week)
• Support from a coordinator and access to an employee portal (contracts, documents, pay slips, annual statements and more)
• Room to grow: language courses and training, including a forklift operator course
