Formwork Carpenter

About the job

You work as a formwork carpenter on large industrial projects in the Rotterdam area. You build foundations, production halls and technical spaces. Every day is different.

What you'll do

• Assembling and setting up formwork (traditional and system formwork)
• Working from technical drawings
• Checking dimensions and quality
• Helping with concrete pours and finishing concrete surfaces
• Installing prefabricated concrete elements

What we ask

• Experience as a formwork carpenter, preferably in industrial construction
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certification for construction workers) or willingness to get one
• Category B driving licence
• You work accurately, keep safety in mind and can work well in a team
• Willing to work at different construction sites

What we offer

• Pay from €20.02 per hour, based on the cao Bouw & Infra (CAO is a Dutch collective labour agreement that sets pay and conditions) and your experience

• Travel costs reimbursed, pension contributions and vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a Dutch legal entitlement of at least 8% of your annual salary, paid out once a year)
• 45 days off per year
