About the job
You work at the service desk and are the first point of contact for customers. You make sure orders, parts and schedules stay on track.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers and advise them at the service desk
- Plan and coordinate workshop appointments
- Take in work orders and follow up on their progress
- Receive, check and hand out spare parts
- Process invoices and administrative paperwork
What we ask
- Experience in planning or administrative work
- Knowledge of parts management or warehouse work
- Good command of Dutch
- Experience in customer-facing work. A background in the automotive industry is a plus
Employment conditions
- €3,500 to €4,200 gross per month, depending on experience
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 25 days of leave and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance paid on top of your salary)
