Electrician

About the job

As an electrician you work on different projects, from new construction to renovations. You combine technical knowledge with a hands-on approach, making sure installations work well and safely. You work closely with design engineers and project planners.

What you'll do

• Install electrotechnical systems, such as distribution boards, lighting systems and machine parks.
• Commission complete electrotechnical installations at different locations.
• Lay cable routes and infrastructure on new construction projects.
• Work with design engineers and project planners to improve how work is carried out.
• Give feedback as someone who sees the work on the ground, and help optimise processes.

What we ask

• MBO diploma (Dutch vocational qualification) in installation technology or a related field.
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certification for working on construction and industrial sites), or willingness to obtain it.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience on renovation projects.
• Good technical skills and the ability to solve problems.
• Able to work in a team and communicate well.

What we offer

• Salary from €2,400 to €3,800 gross per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours, depending on your preference.
