Electrician

About the job

You work as an electrician at a growing technical company near Apeldoorn. You carry out electrical installations in homes, small commercial buildings, schools and government buildings. Every day is different.

What you'll do

• Install electrical components and home automation (domotics) systems
• Bend conduit pipes and lay cables
• Take measurements and install cable trays, and create installation groups
• Connect distribution boards and install lighting systems
• Read and work from technical drawings
• Fix faults and take part in emergency standby shifts
• Carry out renovation and maintenance work
• Install electrical systems with attention to quality

What we ask

• A completed MBO (Dutch vocational college) qualification in electrical engineering
• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience as an electrician
• Experience reading technical drawings
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working conditions), or willingness to obtain it
• Experience handling faults and willingness to take emergency standby shifts

• Salary of €2,800 to €3,200 gross per month
• 25 holiday days and 13 ADV days (reduction-of-working-hours days)
