Electrician / Electrical Installer

About the job

As an electrical installer, you work on demanding public sector projects. Your technical knowledge and ability to work independently matter here. You get room to keep developing your skills and to make a real contribution to a variety of installations.

What you'll do

• Install and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in public buildings, working independently
• Read and apply technical drawings to deliver practical solutions
• Support and instruct colleagues
• Keep contact with the site manager and, when needed, the client to make sure work progresses well and meets quality standards
• Take on and carry out projects independently, with the freedom to decide on your own approach

What we ask

• Technical education at MBO (Dutch vocational education) level 3 or 4 in electrical engineering
• At least 2 years of experience as an installer on public sector projects
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Willingness to learn new techniques and skills
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work on your own

What we offer

• Salary from €3,200 to €4,800 gross per month
• Permanent contract for long-term job security
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours, your choice
