Electrician

About the job

You work on electrical installations in existing and new buildings. The technical situations vary, so no two days are the same. You read technical drawings, carry out installation work, and make sure everything is delivered safely, neatly, and up to standard. You work independently but stay in regular contact with colleagues on projects.

What you'll do

• Laying cable trays, conduits, and wiring
• Installing and expanding distribution boards and electrical circuits
• Fitting connection components: sockets, light points, and switches
• Finding and fixing faults in electrical installations
• Working from technical drawings and diagrams
• Carrying out renovation, new-build, and maintenance work

What we ask

• At least MBO level 2 (Dutch vocational qualification) in electrical engineering
• Knowledge of electrical installations and safety regulations
• Able to work independently and switch between different projects
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certification for construction and technical work), or willing to obtain it
• Driving licence category B

What we offer

• Salary from 2,600 to 3,800 euro gross per month, depending on experience
• 25 days of holiday leave plus 13 ADV days (reduced working hours days) or extra pay instead
• Holiday allowance of 8%
