Senior Refrigeration Engineer

About the job

You work as a senior refrigeration engineer on service and maintenance of refrigeration systems. You do this at public buildings, industrial sites and government facilities. You make sure the systems run safely, reliably and on schedule.

What you'll do

• You carry out maintenance, inspection and installation work on refrigeration systems
• You fix breakdowns and suggest lasting solutions to improve how the systems work
• You coordinate work with colleagues, clients and external partners on site
• You keep an eye on safety, quality and progress
• When needed, you act as lead engineer and work independently on site

What we ask

• Several years of experience as an engineer in service, maintenance or technical installation work
• STEK and F-Gassen certificates, and a VCA certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certification for working on construction and industrial sites)
• Category B driving licence and willingness to work independently at different locations
