Maintenance Plumber (freelance)

About the job

As an independent plumber, you work on various renovation projects in homes and commercial buildings. You work with existing systems and make sure gas, water and central heating installations are safe, reliable and in good order. You work on your own at the site and quickly assess what needs to be done to finish the job properly.

What you'll do

• Install, replace and maintain water pipes, drains and heating systems
• Find and fix leaks and blockages
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance
• Adjust and upgrade existing installations
• Make sure work is handed over safely, neatly and professionally

What we ask

• Experience as a plumber on renovation projects
• Knowledge of gas, water and central heating systems
• Ability to work independently on site
• Self-employed status (ZZP, the Dutch registration for freelance/self-employed workers)
