CE Driver – Bulk Tanker

About the job

You drive a CE truck with a silo trailer (bulk tanker for dry materials) transporting dry building materials such as cement and fillers. You work with a fixed unit: one tractor and one silo trailer. Routes are in the Benelux, Germany, and occasionally northern France. Monday to Friday, no weekends.

What you'll do

• Transport dry building materials (cement, fillers) with a silo trailer
• Work with a fixed unit: tractor and silo trailer
• Drive routes in the Benelux, Germany, and occasionally northern France
• Start work between 04:00 and 06:00, working days of around 12 hours
• Stay away from home at least two nights per week (staying away the full week is possible)
• Work extra hours in April, May, and June due to the busy season
• No experience with bulk transport? A two-week induction is available: first you ride along with an experienced driver, then you drive yourself with a mentor next to you, and in the second week you work fully independently with support from colleagues

What we ask

• CE driving licence and a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (Code 95)
• Willing to stay away from home at least two nights per week
• Flexible during April to June (taking holiday in this period is not possible)
• Independent and careful way of working
• Experience with bulk transport is a plus, but not required
• Dutch or English language skills

What we offer

• Hourly rate from €16.64 to €20.24 gross, in line with the CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer (CAO is a Dutch collective labour agreement that sets pay and working conditions)
• ADV allowance (extra time-off compensation) of 1.38% on top of gross pay
• Net expense reimbursement of €0.83 per hour
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km (from 10 km)
• Night shift allowance of 19% for hours worked between 21:00 and 05:00
• Overtime allowance of 30% for hours above 40 per week
• Vakantiegeld (Dutch statutory holiday pay) of 8%
• 24 to 27 days of holiday per year (full-time, depending on age)
• Pension accrual from day one under the StiPP Plusregeling
• Option to receive your pay weekly
• Access to an app with pay slips and an annual tax statement
