CE Driver Distribution

About the job

As a CE distribution driver, you start from Pijnacker and deliver to shops in Zuid-Holland and Zeeland. You drive fixed routes, so you quickly get to know the addresses and the area.

What you'll do

• Leave the distribution centre with a loaded truck carrying food products
• Deliver goods to shops along a planned route
• Visit 2 shops per route, shop staff unload the roll containers themselves
• Pick up empty packaging and return it to the distribution centre
• Deliver to an average of 6 shops per day
• Choose from different start times: 01:00, 05:00 or 11:00
• Work Monday to Friday, average working day is 10 hours
• Every 3 weeks you submit your schedule preferences
• In your first week you drive with an experienced mentor driver to learn the routes and how things work
• After the onboarding period you work independently

What we ask

• Valid CE driving licence
• Code 95 (certificate of professional competence)
• Dutch or English language skills
• Living near Pijnacker is a plus
• No previous experience needed, full onboarding is provided

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,385 to €4,500 per month (gross hourly rate from €19.46 to €20.24, depending on experience)
• Overtime above 40 hours per week: 130% supplement
• Saturday work: 150% supplement
• Sunday work: 200% supplement
• Night work: 19% supplement on the hourly rate
• Travel cost reimbursement: €0.25 per kilometre in line with the applicable CAO (collective labour agreement)
• 27.5 holiday days per year plus 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory annual bonus of 8% of gross wages)
• Both full-time and part-time options available
• Extensive onboarding programme with an experienced mentor and a driving test
• Possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance
