About the job
This job is for a driver with a CE licence. You drive an articulated truck to mushroom growers across the Netherlands. You work with specially equipped trailers or walking floor trailers.
What you'll do
- Drive an articulated truck to mushroom growers across the Netherlands
- Operate a specialist trailer or walking floor trailer, depending on the route
- Visit an average of 2 to 6 addresses per day
- Unloading happens automatically, no manual unloading required
- Drive within planned time slots so you do not hold up the unloading process
- Load and unload several times a day, depending on location
- Stay in contact with the transport planning team
- Complete all runs safely
- Check the vehicle and equipment before departure
- Work within a time window of 05:00 to 18:00
- Work on Saturdays occasionally
What we ask
- Valid CE driving licence
- Code 95 (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Driver card (tachograph)
- Experience as a truck driver
- Ability to work independently and a sense of responsibility
- Available to work full time, or interested in a part-time option
- Willing to work on Saturdays occasionally
What we offer
- Gross hourly rate of €20.24 based on TLN D6 scale (range €16.64 to €20.24 gross per hour)
- Employment conditions under the CAO (collective labour agreement) Beroepsgoederenvervoer, the national agreement for road freight transport
- 24 holiday days and 3.5 ATV days (extra days off as part of a shorter working week scheme), plus possible additional days depending on age
- Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
