Electrical Installation Supervisor

About the job

As an Electrical Installation Supervisor, you work on modular construction projects for the healthcare, education and high-tech sectors. You oversee work on site, coordinate a team and make sure installations are completed safely and on time. You combine hands-on technical work with planning and are responsible for quality, costs, safety and results.

What you'll do

• Install, connect and commission electrical systems
• Lead and instruct junior installers on site
• Troubleshoot faults, carry out repairs and do preventive checks
• Coordinate with the project manager and the preparation team
• Monitor progress, quality, costs and safety

What we ask

• MBO-level education (Dutch vocational qualification) in electrical engineering or a related technical field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical service, installation or maintenance
• Experience with control technology, sensor technology and fault analysis
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and drawings
• Good at organising work and getting colleagues on board
• Willing to work on projects in the south and centre of the Netherlands
• Accurate, reliable and able to solve problems independently

What we offer

• Salary from €3,600 to €5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
• 38 days off per year and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus) with a full-time contract
