Mechanical Installation Assembly Supervisor

About the job

We are looking for a Mechanical Installation Assembly Supervisor for a technical service provider in the Eindhoven region. In this role you lead assembly workers on project sites every day. You make sure installations are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality. You combine technical knowledge with leadership skills and act as the link between the work on site and the project organisation.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise assembly workers and subcontractors on project sites
• Coordinate work within mechanical installation projects in commercial buildings
• Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and progress
• Carry out and check assembly work
• Align the scope of work with clients, construction partners, and project teams
• Keep project records and write reports
• Draw up and monitor an efficient assembly schedule
• Make sure health, safety, and quality standards are followed

What we ask

• Completed technical MBO (Dutch vocational qualification, level 3 or 4) in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in the installation industry
• Experience leading assembly workers or assembly teams
• Technical knowledge and good organisational skills
• Customer-focused and proactive way of working
• Good communication skills
