About the job

When a rental home becomes vacant, the new tenant wants to move in as soon as possible. A lot happens in between: you take on the work order, agree on the scope with the client, and make sure your team knows what to do and when. As a maintenance works supervisor (uitvoerder mutatieonderhoud, the Dutch term for the person who runs day-to-day works on site during turnover maintenance), you keep the whole process on track. You work with a steady team and each time you see the result of your work: a home ready for a fresh start.

  • Draw up and monitor schedules.
  • Organise materials, people and resources.
  • Lead skilled workers and subcontractors.

  • Agree terms with clients and communicate with residents.
  • Solve problems quickly on site.
  • Oversee maintenance works in existing homes from the first inspection to the final handover.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with your team, clients and residents.
  • Ability to plan and keep an overview when several jobs are running at the same time.
  • A drive to deliver good quality work together with your team.

  • Lease car, laptop and phone.
  • Option to lease a bicycle.
  • A personal onboarding programme so you get to know the team and the way of working.
