Maintenance and Renovation Works Manager

About the job

You coordinate and supervise renovation and maintenance projects in residential properties. This includes vacant homes being prepared for new tenants and occupied homes. You are responsible for the whole process: from the first inspection, through planning and organising the work, to the final handover.

What you'll do

• Inspect homes and determine what work needs to be done
• Discuss technical options with clients and prepare project schedules
• Order materials and select tradespeople and subcontractors for each task
• Manage your own staff and subcontractors (carpentry, painting, installation work)
• Monitor quality, safety, costs and progress, and organise the final handover

What we ask

• Experience as a foreman, working site manager or independent site manager, preferably in renovation, maintenance or residential construction
• Ability to plan work independently and manage tradespeople and subcontractors effectively
• Category B driving licence
