Logistics Coordinator

About the job

As a logistics coordinator, you are responsible for smooth and safe logistics processes. Every day you work with drivers, operators and office staff. You manage the day-to-day operations of your team.

What you'll do

• Lead and support a team of 5 to 10 logistics workers.
• Onboard and train new employees.
• Plan daily work on the dock and handle driver contact.
• Coordinate the scanning process and monitor the flow of goods.
• Check the quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Keep the workplace safe, efficient and organised.
• Process logistics data administratively.

What we ask

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar logistics role or in a supervisory position.
• Accuracy, a strong operational mindset and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team.
• Living near: Westland, Den Haag, Rijswijk, Delft, Rotterdam or Leiden.
