Logistics Coordinator / Team Leader

About the job

You work as a team leader in a logistics warehouse in Waddinxveen. You support the head team leader with the daily management of a team of 8 to 15 people, including pickers and forklift drivers.

What you'll do

• You take part in the morning team briefing and run it when the team leader is away
• You process orders in the system and create a daily work schedule
• You coordinate all daily logistics activities and solve problems quickly
• You motivate the team and lead by example, working alongside them
• You check the quality of work in the department and act when standards are not met

What we ask

• Experience in logistics and the ability to keep a clear overview in a busy environment
• You work independently, take responsibility, and can work well with people
• Knowledge of MS Office and you live near Gouda, Waddinxveen, Moordrecht, Rotterdam, or Zoetermeer
