About the job

You coordinate ongoing maintenance work for housing associations, care facilities, and property investors. You prepare cost calculations yourself, manage subcontractors, and make sure every job is finished on time and done properly.

What you'll do

• Prepare cost calculations independently
• Select subcontractors, request quotes, and compare them
• Purchase materials and assign work to subcontractors
• Maintain commercial contact with various clients
• Keep project documentation and administration in order

What we ask

• Experience coordinating construction or maintenance work
• Able to work independently and manage subcontractors
• Dutch at a level that allows you to communicate with clients
