About the job

You work on your own or with experienced colleagues on different projects. The work includes renovating existing homes, finishing new buildings, and doing maintenance work for housing associations and housing corporations. No two days are the same.

What you'll do

• Renovate existing residential buildings
• Finish new buildings with care
• Do maintenance work for housing associations and housing corporations
• Work independently based on a weekly schedule you receive every Monday
• Talk with residents when working in occupied buildings
• Make sure the quality is good and the client is happy

What we ask

• You work carefully and keep the client in mind
• You can work on your own
• Valid VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for construction work), or willing to get one
• Category B driving licence
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Presentable appearance and able to talk with clients in a pleasant way

• Gross monthly salary from €3,284 to €4,121
• 25 holiday days plus 20 ADV days (extra days off as part of the Dutch working hours arrangement)
