Construction Painter – Maintenance and Renovation

About the job

You work on renovations and maintenance of different properties, including apartments, listed buildings, and private and commercial properties. You do professional painting work as part of a team.

What you'll do

• Carry out painting work on renovation and maintenance projects
• Work for housing associations, owners' associations, private clients, and companies
• Work on listed buildings and standard residential buildings
• Keep the quality of your work high, in line with industry standards

What we ask

• At least 1 year of experience as a construction painter
• Basic VCA certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certification for construction workers) or willingness to get it for free
• A driving licence and your own transport (preferred)
