Maintenance and decorating painter

You have a few years of experience as a painter and you're looking for a small company, a close team, and a normal atmosphere at work? This job is for you.

The client is a small family business near Gieten that has been doing painting work for private customers for years. They have built a loyal local customer base through the quality of their work. You will join a relatively young but tight-knit team. The owner is very involved and a lot can be arranged through conversation.

## What you'll do

• Carry out maintenance painting work at private customers' homes
• Complete painting jobs independently
• Support and advise less experienced colleagues when needed (this is not the main part of the job)

## What we ask

• VMBO or MBO level education
• At least 2 years of experience as a painter
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• You work independently and keep to agreements
• A positive attitude to work
• Basic VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for working on construction sites) or willingness to get one (paid for by the employer)
• A driving licence and your own car (nice to have)

## What we offer

• Gross hourly rate from €18.18 to €25.37, depending on experience, in line with the Schilders CAO (CAO is a Dutch collective labour agreement that sets pay and conditions for a sector)
• Gross monthly salary from €2,897 to €3,625
