Assembly Mechanic

Do you want to work in a chocolate factory? This is your chance. As an assembly mechanic you will work in the technical department of Mars in Veghel. This family-owned company offers you modern technology and good employment conditions.
You will be part of a technical team of 75 people.
What you'll do
- You maintain large mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic machines.
- You fix faults in all process installations used for production, such as ovens, coolers and dosing machines.
- You work on complex packaging machines and palletisers.
- You work closely with planners and work preparers to keep maintenance running as efficiently as possible.
What we ask
The mechanic we are looking for is flexible, helpful, analytical and takes initiative. You also have:
- A completed mbo-3 or mbo-4 (Dutch vocational education, level 3 or 4) diploma in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
- Relevant experience in a technical production environment.
- Knowledge of and focus on food safety.
- Willingness to occasionally work in a 5-shift schedule.

- A gross monthly salary between €4,300 and €5,400, depending on knowledge and experience.
