About the job
You work as a Mechanical Operator at a modern bottling plant in Lieshout. The plant handles cans, bottles and kegs, up to 95,000 units per hour. Your job is to keep the production line running smoothly and efficiently. You work in a 3-shift schedule and receive a shift allowance.
What you'll do
- Operate, set up, monitor and maintain machines
- Change over machines when the product or packaging changes
- Carry out product quality checks and respond to deviations
- Take part in improving and optimising production processes
- Work together and communicate with other departments: technical, quality and logistics
What we ask
- A technical qualification at MBO level (a Dutch vocational degree, for example in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering), or proven experience in a similar role
- Experience operating and changing over production lines or packaging machines is a plus
- Knowledge of quality control processes in production is a plus
- Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude focused on making improvements
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary including a 24.33% shift allowance and a 13th month: €3,714.66 to €4,402.91 gross per month
- Gross monthly salary without shift allowance: minimum €2,500 gross per month
- Salary depends on age and experience
- 8% holiday allowance on top (vakantiegeld, a statutory Dutch payment paid once a year)
