Commercial Vehicle Assembler / Mechanic

About the job

You work in a specialist workshop. You prepare commercial vehicles for painting and reassemble the parts after painting is done. The work is hands-on and technical. It suits experienced assemblers, but also motivated people without experience.

What you'll do

• Remove parts and components from commercial vehicles before they go to the paint shop
• Prepare vehicles for the painting process
• Refit all parts after painting is finished
• Spot damage and carry out simple repairs where possible
• Check the quality of your work and keep your workstation tidy and safe

What we ask

• An interest in technical work and a willingness to work on vehicles (experience is welcome, but not required)
• A category B driving licence
• Attention to detail and the ability to work on your own as well as in a team

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30 (day shift)

Pay and conditions

• Salary from €2,800 to €3,200 gross per month, including supplements
• Pension building from your first day
• Travel costs reimbursed
• A lot of independence and varied tasks from day one
• Possibility of a permanent contract
