GSE Mechanic

About the job

You work as a ground support equipment (GSE) mechanic at one of the largest airports in Europe. Your job is to keep GSE machines in good technical condition.

What you'll do

• Work on mechanical and hydraulic parts of GSE machines, such as engines, brakes and axles
• Disassemble and assemble parts following technical instructions and machine documentation
• Check how mechanical systems are working and report faults to the breakdown technician
• Repair or replace damaged parts
• Occasionally carry out breakdown repairs

What we ask

• Experience in mechanics, hydraulics or machine maintenance
• Ability to read technical documentation and manuals
• A hands-on approach and the ability to solve technical problems independently
