Agricultural Machinery Mechanic

About the job

You work as a mechanic on agricultural machines, tractors, earthmoving machines and recycling equipment. You do repairs and inspections at customers' locations and in your own workshop.

What you'll do

• You carry out thorough inspections and regular technical maintenance on machines.
• You fix faults quickly and properly.
• You test repaired equipment after the work is done.
• You suggest ideas for improvements and modifications to machines.
• You manage the technical stock and order parts when needed, after consultation.
• You keep accurate records of all work carried out.

What we ask

• Experience in agricultural machinery or similar technical equipment.
• You hold a VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working on industrial sites).
• Driving licence category BE.
• You are flexible, can work independently and are willing to be on call for emergency breakdowns.
