Allround Electromechanic / Service Mechanic

About the job

As an Allround Electromechanic, you are a key part of the technical team. You work in a 5-shift system with modern, automated machinery. Your work combines electrical engineering, mechanics, control technology and process installations. Because of your technical knowledge, the installations run reliably and breakdowns are kept to a minimum.

You analyse and fix faults in production installations and carry out preventive maintenance to keep the machines running. You also take part in overhauls, modifications and technical improvement projects that make production safer and more efficient.

You work according to the safety rules that apply, including the Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out (LOTOTO) procedure. You log your work in SAP and you actively contribute to lasting improvements. You have a lot of freedom to use your technical knowledge and you keep working on making the installations more reliable.

What we ask

We are looking for an electrician or service mechanic who likes solving technical problems and takes responsibility for fixing them properly. You are comfortable in a production environment where safety, quality and continuous improvement matter.

You also have

• A completed technical MBO 3 or MBO 4 qualification (vocational secondary education, levels 3 or 4), for example Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanics
• Experience as a Service Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic or Technical Department Mechanic in a production or process environment
• An analytical approach and the ability to diagnose and fix faults in a structured way
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
• Experience with SAP is a plus. Knowledge of industrial control technology is welcome
