Junior Installation Technician

About the job

As a junior installation technician, you work every day on modern climate systems in and around Zwolle. An experienced mentor supports you personally, and you build hands-on experience with eco-friendly solutions. This is a good step into a trade that makes a real difference.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain and repair climate and energy systems such as heat pumps and air conditioners, keeping them running well.
• Build practical experience under the guidance of an experienced mentor and develop your technical knowledge and skills.
• Take part in sustainability projects and advise customers on energy-saving solutions.
• Work according to health and safety rules and guidelines to keep the workplace safe and efficient.
• Follow training courses and get the right certificates to move your career forward.

What we ask

• MBO level 2 diploma (Dutch vocational qualification), or willingness to work towards it.
• Interest in installation technology and renewable energy systems.
• Category B driving licence, or willingness to get one.
• Willingness to follow training and obtain certificates.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary from €2,450 to €2,850, depending on experience and knowledge.
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
