About the job
As a Junior Infrastructure Worker, you work in a three-person team with two experienced colleagues on projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Every day you leave from a base and drive to different construction sites. There you work with modern machines on foundation work and sheet piling. You learn the trade on the job and can grow step by step into a machine operator, piling specialist, or pile driving foreman.
What you'll do
- Assist with foundation work and sheet piling
- Prepare and support earthworks on site
- Work with modern machines and tools
- Help install sheet piles
- Support machine operators and experienced specialists
- Carry out various earthworks
- Keep the work site safe and tidy
- Work with your team to complete projects efficiently
What we ask
- A motivated attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to work in different locations (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany)
- Interest in infrastructure, construction, or foundation work
- Good physical condition, as the work is outdoors
- A category B driving licence is a plus
- Flexible and able to work well in a team
- Ambition to grow in the trade
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, logistics, transport, or earthworks is welcome, but not required
What we offer
- Salary from €2,500 to €3,500 gross per month, above the CAO (collective labour agreement) rates for Bouw & Infra
