Machine Assembly Fitter

About the job

As a machine assembly fitter, you work together with your colleagues to assemble, build and test machines and technical installations. You work from technical drawings and make sure everything is put together accurately and to specification.

What you'll do

• Assemble and test machines and technical systems
• Mount structures, machine parts and modules
• Work from technical drawings
• Carry out quality checks and check dimensions
• Spot deviations and help find solutions

What we ask

• Experience as a machine assembly fitter or in a similar role
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Dutch or English language skills
• Nice to have: a technical qualification in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a related field
• Nice to have: experience in the machine building or assembly industry
• Accurate and quality-focused
• Technical mindset and good at solving problems
• Team player with a hands-on approach
