About the job
As a Transport Refrigeration Technician, you install, service and repair refrigeration systems in trucks, trailers and vans. Safety, order and quality come first here. No experience? No problem. There is a full onboarding programme and the chance to get your F-gas certificate (a certification required to work with refrigerant gases).
What you'll do
- Install transport refrigeration systems in trucks, trailers and vans
- Service and maintain refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and fix faults
- Work with different technologies: low voltage, electronics, diesel engineering and refrigeration
- Take part in emergency standby shifts (storingsdiensten: on-call shifts for breakdowns)
What we ask
- Technical education at MBO level (Dutch vocational qualification), for example electrical engineering, mechatronics or automotive technology
- Good technical knowledge and skills
- F-gas certificate is a strong advantage
- Willing to take emergency standby shifts
Co oferujemy
- Starting salary from €2,800 to €4,000 gross per month, depending on age, experience and education
- Opportunity to obtain your F-gas certificate
- Travel costs reimbursed
- Extra pay for emergency standby shifts
- Salary in line with CAO Kleinmetaal (CAO: collective labour agreement setting minimum pay and conditions for the small metalworking sector)
- Possibility of a permanent contract
