Electrical and Instrumentation Technician

Salary: €3,400 - €4,700 per month

You keep production running.

As an E+I Technician you have a lot of freedom to fix breakdowns, carry out maintenance and improve machines technically.

## What you'll do

• Find and fix electrical and mechanical faults.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read and analyse PLC (programmable logic controller) programs.
• Work with pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical drive systems.
• Inspect and improve machines and installations.
• Log inspections and breakdowns.

You work a 2-shift schedule

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30.
• Afternoon shift: 14:30 - 23:00.

You also take part in an on-call rota (consignatie, a scheduled standby duty outside working hours).

## Employment conditions

• €3,400 to €4,100 gross per month based on 40 hours per week.

## What we ask

Technology is your strong point.

• Technical education at MBO 3 or 4 level (Dutch vocational qualification) in electrical engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Experience reading PLC programs.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and control technology.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanics is a plus.
• Willing to work a 2-shift schedule and take on-call standby duties.
• Good command of Dutch.
• NEN 3140 VP certificate and a platform lift operator certificate, or willing to obtain these.
