About the job

You work as a hydraulics engineer in the shipbuilding industry. You drive a company van to clients on your own, to fix breakdowns, carry out inspections and commission hydraulic steering systems on ships.

What you'll do

• Commission hydraulic steering machines on ships
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems
• Find and fix faults in installations
• Carry out fitting and metalwork tasks

What we ask

• Experience working with hydraulic systems
• Able to work independently in the field
• Driving licence, the job requires you to drive a service van around the Netherlands and occasionally abroad
