Electrical and Mechanical Installer

About the job

You work as an electrical and mechanical installer on construction and renovation projects. You install and service E (electrical) and W (mechanical, from Dutch "werktuigbouwkundig") systems in homes, offices, schools and healthcare buildings in the north of the Netherlands.

What you'll do

• Install electrical (E) and mechanical (W) systems in new buildings and renovations
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems to improve energy efficiency
• Carry out quality and safety checks on site
• Talk with clients and work together with other installers on site
• Record completed work in the administration

What we ask

• Experience as an electrical or mechanical installer (E and/or W)
• Good command of Dutch
• Driving licence category B

Employment conditions

• Salary from €3,500 to €4,500 gross per month based on full-time hours
• 25 holiday days and 13 ADV days (reduction of working hours, a Dutch arrangement for shorter working weeks) per year
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory Dutch bonus paid once a year on top of your salary)
