Compressed Air Systems Installer

About the job

As a compressed air systems installer, you install, maintain and improve compressed air systems at various client locations. You work alone or with a colleague and travel in your own fully equipped service van. The role combines hands-on technical work, client contact and problem-solving. You can also grow professionally through training and support from experienced colleagues.

What you'll do

• Install compressed air systems and pipework at client sites, alone or with a colleague.
• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance of compressors and other compressed air installations.
• Advise clients on the condition of their systems and possible improvements.
• Restock the service van and maintain tools at the workshop in Deventer.
• Work at a range of locations, from craft breweries to large swimming pools.

What we ask

• Category B driving licence and your own car to get to your starting point independently.
• A hands-on attitude and the ability to solve technical problems.
• Experience with technical installations, or a willingness to learn.
• Able to work both in a team and on your own.
• Flexible and ready to support clients on site.

What we offer

• Starting salary of €2,500 to €3,200 per 4 weeks.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Full time, 40 hours per week, fixed working hours.
• Your own service van, also for commuting to and from work.
• Training budget to expand your knowledge at MBO level (MBO is the Dutch vocational secondary education qualification).
• Support and mentoring from experienced installers in a close-knit team.
