Insulation Fitter

About the job

As an insulation fitter, you work every day installing and processing insulation materials on different projects. You work in a team, during day shifts, and every Friday afternoon is free. The employer is based in Wehl and produces wooden residential modules.

What you'll do

• Install different types of insulation materials, such as thermal and acoustic insulation
• Cut and process insulation panels or mats to size
• Prepare the work area and measure materials
• Finish insulated components, for example with cladding or foil
• Check that insulation is fitted and sealed correctly
• Clean and keep the work area tidy

What we ask

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, technical work or insulation, or a clear interest in technical work
• Accuracy and the ability to work independently
• A sense of responsibility for your own work and an active attitude on the work floor
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for construction and technical work), or willingness to obtain one

What we offer

• Salary up to €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience
• Every Friday afternoon free
• Prospect of a permanent contract

• Holiday days in line with the CAO (CAO is a Dutch collective labour agreement that sets terms and conditions)
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus of 8% of gross salary) in line with the CAO

• Employment conditions equal to those of employees hired directly by the employer, including days off, allowances, ADV days off, pension contributions and other pay components
