Machine and Equipment Assembler

About the job

As a machine and equipment assembler, you put together all kinds of technical machines and installations. You work from technical drawings, assemble parts, build machines, and check that everything works correctly before it goes to the customer. You work in a modern workshop where quality and solid craftsmanship matter.

What you'll do

• Assemble mechanical and electrotechnical machines and installations
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Fit components, drives, and control systems
• Test, adjust, and inspect completed installations
• Find and fix technical faults
• Suggest improvements to the assembly process
• Work together with colleagues from engineering, production preparation, and service

What we ask

• Completed MBO (Dutch vocational) education in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Experience as a machine assembler, mechanic, or fitter is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good technical understanding and a precise way of working
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to keep developing yourself

• Salary from €2,800 to €4,200 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
• Prospect of a permanent contract
