About the job

You work on carefully putting together and assembling technical components and parts. The workplace is a technical company in Berkel-Enschot, near Tilburg. The company focuses on quality and delivering reliable products.

What you'll do

• Assemble, repair and mount technical components and parts
• Install, adjust and inspect parts and constructions
• Work with hand tools and various assembly tools
• Carry out intermediate checks and inspect the final product
• Spot and solve problems during the assembly process
• Record your work carefully
• Work together with fellow assemblers and the production and technical departments
• Share ideas to improve the assembly process

What we ask

• Interest in technical work and hands-on tasks
• At least MBO 2 level (Dutch secondary vocational education), any field
• Accurate and attentive to detail
• Quality-minded: get it right the first time, not after corrections
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Practical approach and solution-focused thinking
• Dutch language skills required, for work instructions and safety on the shop floor
• Experience as an assembly worker or in technical production is a plus

• Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500, depending on knowledge and experience
• Full-time position: 32 to 40 hours per week
