About the job

Do you want to help thousands of customers in the Groene Hart region get clean and reliable drinking water every day? This job is for you.

What you'll do

• Carry out maintenance and service work on the water network in the Groene Hart region
• Fix problems at customer locations
• Repair faults and failures on pipelines, including complex ones
• Check your assigned work orders on a laptop every day, with all the information you need about the water network
• Record completed work in IT systems
• Work in the field, though tasks often take place indoors

What we ask

• Willingness to study at MBO-3 level (Dutch vocational education, level 3) in the direction of: first fitter for gas, water and heat distribution
• Category BE driving licence, or willingness to get one
• Living near the area the employer serves, so you can reach a breakdown or leak quickly
