Metal Construction Fitter / Welder

About the job

You work on assembling and welding metal constructions and machine parts, all made to order. The projects vary and are done for sectors like logistics, recycling, and rail transport.

What you'll do

• Assemble constructions and machine parts based on technical drawings
• Weld steel constructions
• Check dimensions and weld quality
• Finish and prepare parts for further assembly
• Work with the team on projects for different industries

What we ask

• Experience in metalworking (welding, cutting, bending, setting up)
• Ability to read and use technical drawings
• Good Dutch, spoken and written; English is a plus
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for industrial workplaces), or willingness to get it
• Experience welding stainless steel (RVS) is a plus
