Security Systems Installer

About the job

You install, program and service security systems at customer sites. Your work sits at the crossroads of electrical engineering, IT and security technology.

What you'll do

• Install and maintain burglar alarms, fire detection systems and cameras at customer sites
• Fit access control systems and emergency lighting in line with current standards
• Start up, test and program security systems
• Diagnose and fix faults, and carry out service work on site
• Advise customers and explain how the installed systems work

What we ask

• Experience installing or servicing electrical or security systems
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical engineering and/or security technology
• Willingness to travel between different customer sites
